en route was recommended to me by a friend, so i decided to order the pixie's rebellion waist chain and absolutely loved it. will most definitely order from there again!

Customer service was excellent and they responded to my questions quickly. I had an issue where a coupon code didn't process when I purchased my items and after reaching out to them, they agreed to refund me the difference (19.20 dollars) once I had received the jewelry. Although I haven't received the refund yet (I'll be changing the stars to 5 when I do), the items themselves were excellent. I've been wearing my pieces for around a week now and they hold up nicely. Would recommend!

I'm super happy with the customer service and would like to thank Annabelle in particular for being so patient and very prompt in responding. I've had a great experience with the company and love the pieces and will definitely be shopping here again.

The customer service was impeccable, my necklace broke a few days after I got it and they sent me another immediately. However, I really want to love the necklace but I can’t. It’s beautiful and everything but the chain catches my hair sooooooo often I sometimes have to rip my hair in order to free it. It also sucks that the pendant hole is too small so I can’t just change the chain to another one. Wish they used a different type of chain :/

It was my first time ordering on En route and I was skeptical at first but the quality of the Jewelry exceeded my expectations!! The drip gold heart is such a staple piece of mine!

When I ordered from En route Jewelry there was a shipping issue but once I reached out to the customer service I was helped all along the way with patience and kindness. In the end they sent out my package and gave me a $25 gift card for my next purchase!

My jewelry had a minor defect and they sent me a brand new pair for free! Customer support answered in less than a few days and was very helpful!

I ordered a necklace and a gift box for mothers day. It says both pieces of my order were delivered. The package they sent me included the 4$ box and not the fifty dollar necklace. Now im out 50$ and judging my the reviews on here, I wont be getting my necklace or my money back.

This company is a Scam. No customer service, no product shipped. Three weeks ago I placed an order and no status update at all.
Even their address is bogus, look on google maps.

Do not buy from this company.

I ordered something a few months back and it was unfortunately out of stock so it never came, but once I contacted the company (via email) they responded quickly and were very helpful! They let me pick whatever other item I wanted in place of the one that sold out and shipped it as soon as I let them know what I wanted. I got a pair of earrings and they are very cute.
